How to Manicure and Pedicure at Home

Beauty and cleanliness of the nails must be kept. You often meet and become acquainted with many people. Fingers and nails that glow gives a good first impression. Not only hands fingers that need to get a manicure treatment, your toes were also need to have pedicure. Pedicure make clean feet and get a sexy toes while wearing sandals or open shoes.

  1. Medium-sized towel.

    • Pumice and brush : To remove dead skin cells from feet. Nail brush to clean the area on the feet and hands.
    • Liquid soap : You should choose a baby soap.
    • Nail polish remover (acetone).
    • Base Coat : To cover and strengthen nails.
    • Nail polish.

Guide :

  1. Make sure not to use nail polish. If you still wear them, remove with nail polish remover (acetone).
  2. Rub your nails with lemon for 50-10 minutes.
  3. Soak hands and feet in a basin of warm water that has been filled. Add a little salt, liquid soap, lemon and olive oil. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Dry your hand/foot with a towel.
  5. Clip your nail, then remove its cuticle with cuticle scissors.
  6. Rub your feet with pumice stone.
  7. Soak hands and feet in cold water.
  8. Afterwards, dry your hands and feet. Use hand lotion, foot lotion and apply anti- fungal cream on the feet.
  9. Apply a base coat to your nails. Wait until dry, apply again with nail polish.

Dim light the bathroom lamp

Want to feel like a spa in a luxury hotel, plug in a bedside lamps on the bathroom to get a dim light. Dim light and accompanied by slow music, makes you feel more relaxed.

Shower of roses

One way to relax and pamper yourself is with a shower of roses. Sprinkle rose in tub of warm water. You can shower and bathe in rose water. Light scented candles and give few drops of essential oil or aromatherapy in your bathtub.

Exfoliation of dead skin with a sugar scrub

Prepare one cup of brown sugar, one cup of oatmeal and one cup of olive oil. Mix the ingredients together and apply on the skin. Rub gently with circular motions. Dirt and dead skin will come falling with the remnants of scrub. After the exfoliation of dead skin, rinse your body thoroughly with warm water.

Dampen your hair with coconut oil

Women who have dry hair, coarse and curly hair will have been better by moisturizing with coconut oil. Apply coconut oil before going to bed, wrap the hair with a head cover and let stand overnight. Coconut is not only moisturize, but also makes the hair more shine.

Mask

You can make your own natural mask to moisturize the face. Mix and blend yogurt, honey, aloe vera gel and avocado. Use a brush to apply the mixture on the face. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes then wash. Your face will become more fresh and moist after the mask.
