How to Manicure and Pedicure at Home

Beauty and cleanliness of the nails must be kept. You often meet and become acquainted with many people. Fingers and nails that glow gives a good first impression. Not only hands fingers that need to get a manicure treatment, your toes were also need to have pedicure. Pedicure make clean feet and get a sexy toes while wearing sandals or open shoes.

  1. Medium-sized towel.

    • Nail polish remover (acetone).

Guide :

  1. Make sure not to use nail polish. If you still wear them, remove with nail polish remover (acetone).
  2. Rub your nails with lemon for 50-10 minutes.
  3. Soak hands and feet in a basin of warm water that has been filled. Add a little salt, liquid soap, lemon and olive oil. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Dry your hand/foot with a towel.
  5. Clip your nail, then remove its cuticle with cuticle scissors.
  6. Rub your feet with pumice stone.
  7. Soak hands and feet in cold water.
  8. Afterwards, dry your hands and feet. Use hand lotion, foot lotion and apply anti- fungal cream on the feet.
  9. Apply a base coat to your nails. Wait until dry, apply again with nail polish.
